Hello Sayan,As you forget to take e-challan reciept ,dot worry you can visit the counselling center with the following fdocuments and the counsellors present there can help you with that.
1.high school marksheet
2.10+2 equivalent marksheet
3.wbjee 2019 admit card and score card
4.category certificate
5.dimicile ceertificate

I assume that there is no printing shop nearby you, but there is a high probability that you may have a printing shop near the college that you are going to. If that also fails somehow, then you can contact any member of the counselling committee and tell him/her your problem. They will surely help you.
