I regret to say you that ypu won't be getting any medical seat wither government or dental colleges through government quota. However you can try through management quota. The only problem is you need to spend morethan one crore fpr your studies. It is advisible to drop out a year and prepare hard for next year neet or else please opt for some other streams.

Well with this score even if you have a reservation, its difficult to get a mbbs or bds seat in government college.

You can try for private colleges.Since you haven't mentioned your state we cannot accurately tell which colleges you would have a better scope in.

However the options available for you are private colleges within your state or you can also try for open domicile states.

There is also the option of deemed universities. You can have a better chance there both for mbbs/bds.
