Based on previous years' trend, with All India rank 1,02,532 in NEET 2020, under All India Quota, you can get the "Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences" college in Karnataka under low fees Brackett colleges.

I will suggest you try colleges in Haryana under State Quota so that you will have a better option.
