iam getting 120 marks in neet 2019 and iam from oc category which college will i get admission for mbbs or bds

120 is a very low score in NEET therefore, you have very less chances of admission in MBBS or BDS courses even with reserved category. The last year's cut off marks was more than 450 for MBBS and BDS in this category therefore, the chances of admission is less.
