AI is hot right now, or at least parts of AI are hot: vision, deep learning, big-data mining, language technologies, biomedical applications of AI, robotics... Lots of companies are hiring, and there is a shortage of people with experience and training in this area.
So a professional masters degree in some area of AI from a good school is valuable.
