I guess around 82,000 is the closing rank for admission in Computer Science Engineering Branch in LNCT Bhopal college. Talking about the percentile, the cutoff for JEE advance this year was more than 98% percentile , so I guess you are confused between the percentage and percentile. Don't stress out for now.
