Hey,
It is an eligibility of AIIMS that you must have passed 10+2 with 50% for SC as aggregate marks with PCB subjects. It is the eligibility to apply for AIIMS without which you can't even apply. But in case if you have applied and cleared compartment then you need to check if your aggregate is 50% or not. So firstly clear your compartment.
They do not accept compartment marksheet in PCB or English. When you'll show your marksheet, you must be passed.
