All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is a government institute that was established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 16th July 2012. Its foundation stone was laid down by the then Prime Minister Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The institute is ranked 39 in the medical category and is an institute of national importance. It offers many undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medical sciences like MBBS, M.D Biochemistry, M.D Physiology, B.Sc Nursing Hons, M.D Anatomy, M.S General Surgery, M.D General Medicine, among various others. The institute spans over an area of about 100 acres and has more than 200 well-qualified faculty members along with 1000 student enrollments. The basic admission process for the institute is largely dependent on the entrance exams held by the university or the national level entrance exams held, based on the courses.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar Selection Process for MBBS

●      You should appear for NEET-UG held by NTA and secure a valid rank in the same.

●      You have to apply for counseling and fill AIIMS Bhubaneswar as your institute of preference.

●      Then you must appear for the counseling and go through the same.

●      The selected students will have to secure their seats by paying their fees and verifying their documents. 

AIIMS Bhubaneswar Selection Process for B.Sc. Nursing Hons

●      The students have to enroll and appear for the AIIMS Nursing exam and qualify for it.

●      Then the student must register themselves for the course on the official website of the institute.

●      Then they must go through the counseling process and qualify the same.

●      They will be allocated seats based on their scores, counseling, and other such factors.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar Selection Process for M.D/M.S/M.Ch.

●      The students will have to appear and qualify for INI-CET.

●      Based on the scores, they must register and appear for the counseling procedure and select AIIMS Bhubaneswar as their first preference.

●      On completing the counseling procedure, the students will be allocated seats in the course they desire. 

●      Final admission will be offered after document verification and fee payment.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar admissions procedure for MBBS Course

●      The student must first appear for the NTA UG exam and qualify it with the required rank based on the cutoff of the institute that year.

●      Then the student must enroll in the counselling and mention AIIMS Bhubaneswar as the preferred institute during the counselling.

●      The students are selected based on their marks in the test, the counselling procedure, their preferred institute.

●      Once selected, the students have to pay the fees and verify their documents to secure their seats in the course.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar admissions procedure for BSc Nursing Hons Course

●      The student must first appear for the AIIMS Nursing exam and qualify it with the required rank.

●      Then the qualified student must enroll with the counselling program and qualify for the 6 rounds of counselling

●      The students are selected based on their marks in the test, the counselling procedure, their preferred institute.

●      The shortlisted students have to verify their documents and pay their fees to secure their seats.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar admissions procedure for M.D/M.S/M.Ch Course

• The students will have to appear and qualify the INI-CET.
• Cutoff will be released.
• Students who meet the cutoff must register and appear for the counseling procedure and select AIIMS Bhubaneswar as their first preference. 
• On completing the counseling procedure, the students will be allocated seats in the course they desire. 
• Final admission will be offered after document verification and fee payment.
