Eligibility criteria for getting a call for further evaluation from Christ University is:

• A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September - 2017 / December 2017 OR
• A composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2017 OR 2018 OR
• A composite score or 300 or above in GRE 2017 OR 2018 OR
• 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT 2018) OR
• 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission Test 2017 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR
• 70 percent or above in the XAT Test for Management Admissions (XAT) 2018

And 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters/years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-May 2018 are also eligible to apply.

Unfortunately, your MAT score is 592 i.e. 8 marks less than 600 so you won't be eligible for further process of any program at Christ University. Anyway even though you might have achieved a few marks more than 600 than also there wouldn't have been any security of selection because generally cut off goes a little more than the min. cut off.

Look for other colleges where you can have a good chance of selections.
