in b.sc or btech which has more scopes. btech from private collage or b.sc from any collage of du.

Bsc from any college of du is much preferable over btech from any private college...

B.tech has more scope than B.Sc. B.tech can get you job after 4 year programme but with B.Sc., higher studies will be required.
