Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is conducted annually by IITs for recruitment by PSUs or admissions to postgraduate courses in IITs, NITs, GFTIs and other such colleges.
As for your question, it is very difficult for you to get recruited in any PSU with the marks that you have. You should try for admissions in IITs or NITs.
