Yes you can do that, if you have freezed a college till the sliding round then you can wait for the notification of the spot round, after that you have to visit the main campus with all the documents needed which will be specified in theat notification in which the spot round details are mentioned, then you have to visit the mai campus according to the dates with a DD of Rs5000 also note that if you dont get any better college there then you can leave keeping everything with you.
