Yes , it is quite same . applying for B-category,Such seats are called B-category seats. A notification will be given by college management in last week of july for B-category in newspapers.

The facility or offers for B catagory students that where A catagory can get 70 % seats for there own rank . But 30% seats are remaining for B catagory they can fix there seats any time . Just contact the college and book the seats.

But there can apply for private colleges and Approximately 9 lakhs per annum excluding Hostel fees.
