hi I got 86 percentile in cet and I m SC candidate can I get cope college in pune

Abhi sonkar 25th Jul, 2025

good afternoon, with 86 percentile in MHT CET and belonging to the SC category, you have a decent chance of getting admission into COEP Technological University, Pune, especially in core branches .

Here’s a snapshot of previous year closing ranks for SC category in popular B.Tech branches at COEP:

Computer Engineering    1765

Robotics & Automation (AI)    4583

Electrical Engineering    6653

Electronics & Telecommunication    799

Mechanical Engineering    2100

Civil Engineering    17298

Instrumentation & Control Engineering    1552

Source: Careers360 COEP Cutoff Trends

This Means for You -Computer Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunication might be competitive, but you could still make it depending on seat availability and CAP round movement.

Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, and Electrical Engineering are more likely to be within reach.

Keep an eye on CAP Round 1 and 2 cutoffs — they often shift slightly, especially for reserved categories.

Please tell the details about hotel management phd

Saurabh Yadav 7th Apr, 2025

Hii,

PhD in Hotel Management is a high-level degree you can earn after finishing a master’s degree. It’s for people who want to become experts in the hotel and hospitality industry, often to teach at universities or do advanced research.

In simple words, it’s like becoming a super-specialist in how hotels and tourism work. You study things like managing hotels, understanding customers, and improving the business. It takes a few years (usually 3-5).

After you’re done, you can become a college teacher , work in big hotel companies, or even help hotels grow by giving expert advice.
