If you pursue BTECH in IT you will have a better career options ahead after doing MTECH but after doing Btech from CSE you may have a better career options just after the BTECH. I will suggest you to go for CSE over IT but if you are getting IT at NIT allahabad then you should pursue it to get a better exposure there.
