I've given the NEET UG exam in 2021 and I'm from Maharashtra state. My state rank is 3166 and I'm from open category! Is there any chance of mine getting into a govt medical college?

With rank 3166, you do have chance to get government MBBS college

But please consider the fact that cutoff has been increasing every year depending upon number of seats available, number of candidates and exam difficulty.
