See NTA has only responsibility to conduct the NEET UG exam not of it's counselling and counselling is conducted by MCC, DGHS and othe state counselling authorities so refund of security deposit is not under the jurisdiction of NTA but it is under the counselling authority so MCC

According to the refund policy of NEET Counselling, the counselling fee is refunded to the college in which student has taken admission and will get adjusted with the first year/semester fee. In case student has not alloted any seat during the counselling procedure then the fee is refunded
