agar aapko B-tech karni hai  aur agar aapne 12th board 2017 ya 2018 m dia hai to aap abi JEE main ka form bhar sakte hai.

form Date 8 Feb se 7 march tak hai.

Exam April me hoga.isme XI and XII ke physics ,chemistry aur mathematics se Questions Pu6e jate hai .aap abi se agar NCERT padhna start kar dete hai to aap isme qualify ho jaenge.

It's fine if you are doing BSc..If you are already halfway through it then my suggestion to you would be to complete your BSc course and then enroll yourself into MSc. or MTech. whichever you prefer.

Now coming to your question, if you want to do Btech.  If you want to do so in a Government College or from the IIT or NIT, then you can sit for JEE MAIN, WBJEE( West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) only if you have a West Bengal Domicile, COMEDK etc. JEE MAINS is an All India Exam whereas the rest are various state exams for getting admission into various government colleges of the states. For private colleges , some colleges take admission through the Jee Mains score and some have their respective college examination.
