I won't be able to tell you exact rank for cutoff for this but I will tell you the opening and closing ranks for cs that has been for the past few years and I'm pretty sure that'll help you get some idea.
In 2017 :
For general category: Opening rank - 850 and Closing rank - 2950
For SC category: Opening rank - 438 and Closing rank - 438
For ST category: Opening rank - 246 and Closing rank - 246
For OBC category: Opening rank - 357 and Closing rank - 766
In 2016 :
For general category: Opening rank - 979 and Closing rank - 1083
For SC category: Opening rank - 198 and Closing rank - 198
For ST category: Opening rank - 205 and Closing rank - 205
For OBC category: Opening rank - 303 and Closing rank - 399
In 2015 :
For general category: Opening rank - 293 and Closing rank - 1233
For SC category: Opening rank - 23 and Closing rank - 97
For ST category: Opening rank - 45 and Closing rank - 449
For OBC category: Opening rank - 204 and Closing rank - 498
