Hello Pankaj, it doesn't matter much that your brother has completed engineering in 5 years instead of 4 years if you are going for Mtech. But if you want to do Mtech from Government and best colleges, then you have to prepare for GATE exam, which is very hard to crack.

yes your brother is eligible for m.tech counselling or for admission in m.tech degree . but now a days to getting admission in reputated college they have to give the paper of GATE and secured a good rank . hope you understand please use our app for all college details.
