Hello student,
With a cut off of 177.5 in mbc category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat either in SSN college of engineering or PSG college of technology. For both these colleges, one should have a cut off of something that is not less than 190 in mbc category, as these are among the top ten institutes and will get filled very soon in counseling. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
