Hello,
As per cutoffs of last few years, i cannot see chances of getting NITs with this rank your rank is quite high. And for IIITs and GFTIs too your rank is high. I will suggest you to go for other state counselings like M.P, MHT-CET, Punjab, Odisha etc. You can refer last years cutoff.
