Hello,
With such a huge rank in JEE Mains, you have no chances of getting seat in delhi under JAC counseling. Even your category rank won't be able to get you a seat under JAC counseling.

You might get in some newer NITs for non core branches like metallurgy, mining, biomedical etc in the subsequent rounds of counseling.
