I'm sorry to tell with the marks scored it is not possible for you to get a government seat for MBBS. There are chances for you to get a seat in private colleges through management.

It is very difficult to predict exactly whether you will get a seat Or not at these marks because they are very low in order to fetch a government medical seat.
However you have qualified the exam according to the qualifying percentile:-

General--- 50%
Sc/St/Obc ------ 40%
General- ped ------ 45%

According to last year's cutoff they are not enough marks to get any government medical seat you must get atleast 400+ marks in order to get any government medical seat in Kerela in Sc category.
But yes you can get private medical college at these marks.
