170 marks are very less for a seat in MBBS or BDS or BAMS or BHMS. Last year NEET cut offs for OBC was 107-133. In 2020, they are expecting the cut offs to  increase by atleast 20 marks. If that happens then you will have just qualified in NEET and so you cannot get a seat in any round of Counselling. Probably the only way to get a seat in any of the mentioned courses is to try for Management Quota seat via Direct admission. But the fees is very high may be like 40-60 lakhs.
