If we see only overall percentile then you have a very good percentile and with 98.48 percentile it was sure that you would have got a call as last year S.P. Jain XAT cut-off was 97 percentile and with a decent performance in the second round, you would have definitely been able to convert your call.

But I am very sorry to say that with so low 20 percentile in Decision-Making section you will not be able to get a call for the second round because in profile based calling you need to have atleast 75 percentile in each section and in profile+score based calling also you need to have atleast 80 percentile in each section.

This will not only be a problem IN SP Jain but also in many other good colleges so you need to find out the college which doesn't have a sectional cut-off.
