Thank You for asking question on Careers360.

With your rank in IPU CET for B.Ed, sorry you have less chances of getting into good IP colleges according to last year cutoff. The only colleges accepting this rank were some college of UP affiliated to IP.

You can also check last year cutoff on GGSIPU official website.
