No, you cannot just skip the 1 round and enter other as there are some norms to be followed for admission into this university. While booking the centers for MU OET, you are also requested to book the counseling venue. Only those students whose ranks are included in the counseling reports are allowed to enter the counseling round. At the same time, you have to fill the registration form and seats are provided according to it.
