Since your has already cleared the jee main examination he can take some of the good niit 

The following link will provide you with a good amount of information for the cutoff  but the rank is quite high and if he wants to go for cs then he can apply to NIT Arunachal Pradesh or NIT nagaland and here is a link which would help you in selecting a good NIT or IIIT for your ward

By comparing the last few years' cut off of JEE main, there is almost negligible chance to get admission in any IIT, NIT or IIIT even in the extended round too. Please let your son try for other colleges.
