Last year the cut off for SC category was 365 in SVU quota . This year the cut off has further invreased .
With a score of 345 , you don't have chance of getting a government BDS seats. You have some ehances of getting a seat in MOP up round . Do give it a try .

It is very difficult to get any BDS seat in andhra pradesh under SC cat and svu region because according to last year's data , the cutoff was 345 but the closing rank was high in comparison of yours , it was 127008 for SC category for admission into Narayan dental college and hospital , nellore.
Rest , the cutoff changes every year due to several factors.
