Sorry but you won't get IIITs or GFTI college with 59.7 percentile. And I would like to inform you for your paper 2 your rank should be under 1000 then only you can get admission and your rank is Above 4 lakh so there's no chance.
PCM marks needed are just 60% in each so no hope for these colleges.
