congrats for superb performance in both the exams.Now coming to selection of college,i would suggest you to go for NIT's .Keep VIT as your last option because VIT is mostly provide all the facilities for B.tech and is famous for B.tech.Also placements for VIT in MCA is not so good.As per your rank you will get a decent NIT like NIT Durgapur,NIT Jamsedpur,NIT Kurukshetra,NIT Raipur . I think you should select for vit and not for any nit with your score in nimcet Because vit bhopal is one of the top college for mca program.

And you might not get best nits to pursue and nit is just a tag it doesnt work everywhere getting vit would be better than getting into any of mediocre nits.
