With your percentile and rank it is somewhat difficult to state the colleges that you will get in this year or to even mention a yes/no to your above stated query. Moreover, since the cutoffs, percentiles and the vacancies in the subsequent rounds of counselling vary each year, it won't be an accurate data. So I suggest that you wait for JOSAA counselling to end and find it out for yourself.
