I got 70%tile in jee mains which government college home state ,general and female. I can get in cse branch . in Bihar my first prefrance

As per your mentioned percentile your expected rank will be somewhere between 385534 - 264383. Which is not much good for a general category student.
With this percentile you cannot get any NITs,even with home state quota.
To fetch seat of home state NIT require more than 90 percentile with help of home state quota.
