About IGIT Sarang
Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Sarang, widely known as IGIT Sarang was established in 1982 by the Government of Odisha under the name of Odisha College of Engineering (OCE). IGIT courses consist of 30 specialisation programmes which are provided in the B.Tech, B.Arch, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc and Ph.D degree courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. For IGIT admissions the institute accepts JEE Mains, OJEE UG, GATE, OJEE PG, UGC NET entrance exams for UG, PG and doctoral courses. According to the data provided by the NIRF, about 256 students were placed in the IGIT placements drive 2022.
