Hello,

You have not specified any college, the cut off is different for each institute for example the cut off for Government K.A.P.V. Medical College, Trichy for general category under home state quota was 520  marks while the cut off for Karpagam Faculty of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore was 456 marks for the same category. It depends on the institute. It varied in between 270 marks - 655 marks. So you need to score minimum 580 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in a GMC to be on safe side as cut off increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.

You may check the cut off for NEET for colleges in Tamilnadu using the link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-tamil-nadu
