I would suggest you to prefer Integrated MTech in CSE with Data Specialization over the other. Data Science has immense career scope and job prospects in the current Industry Scenario. Data Specialization secondly will give you a profile, with a bunch of useful technologies like AI, ML, Data Science and so on, and you may even pursue Research later in this domain.
