This course will reinforce the concept of communication in corporate reputation. About ten to fifteen years ago reputation management as a concept invaded the prospect of the corporate world and business in India. After attempting to understand the subtlety in managing the reputation of a corporation it was boiled down to the characteristics of reputation management as product, service and leadership, innovation, workplace culture, corporate stewardship. The conclusion that was drawn is that the total of an account or balance sheet of any company is directly proportional to the corporate’s reputation in the market. All of this brought in a compulsive need to build techniques and learn about reputation. 

There were other compulsory components such as demand for transparency, stakeholder expectations, changing communication patterns, and openness, and authenticity. With the digitalization in communication, it was necessary to maintain the reputation which was becoming increasingly difficult. This course will be an overview of how communications in the corporate world affect the reputation that a business may enjoy in the market.

Group Discount

  • If an organization will sponsor 4 or more participants, a discount of 7% on the total payable amount will be entitled to them.
  • If an organization will sponsor 25 or more participants in an academic year across all the programs, a discount of 15% on the total payable amount will be entitled to them.

Each and every nomination will be reviewed by the Communicate Corporate Reputation Online Course faculty and then the shortlisted candidates will get an acceptance letter.

Organizational sponsorship is normally mandatory, but if the course is being used for personal improvement, it can be set aside.

1: Is there a dress code?

The candidates are required to wear casual business attire while attending the classes and can wear informal dress for the rest of the time. Appropriate attire for sports can be worn.

2: What happens if a candidate is unable to attend the program?

The fee is refundable if a candidate is unable to attend the Communicating Corporate Reputation Certificationmme only if the request is put forth two weeks before the commencement of the program.

3: What kind of accommodation is provided to the candidates?

The Communicating Corporate Reputation Online Course is supposed to be held on campus at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Candidates will be given accommodation in an air-conditioned and full board single room which will be located either on the campus or with a hotel partner. The norms of IIMA do not allow the candidates to entertain guests to stay during their program.

4: Do candidates receive a certificate at the end of a program?

On successful completion, the candidates will receive a certificate which is subjected to certain requirements such as having attended all the sessions.

5: What pedagogy is used?
