At this point it is difficult to answer your question because for academic year 2021-22 the 75% criteria was uplifted due to the pandemic but for upcoming academic year there is no any announcement, so we have to wait for it and  you are eligible for now.

Also you can appear for JEE-Main 2022 because there is no percentage criteria to appear in JEE-Main

However there are some other criterion which you need to satisfy in order to appear for JEE-Main so let us discuss them.

1--- Age criteria :- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- Qualifying Examination :- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from any of the recognized central or state board.

3--- Year of qualification :- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, would be eligible to appear.

So if you follow all above criterion then you are definitely eligible for JEE-Main.

Yes, Nios is a legitimate board that competes with icse and cbse. It is the largest open schooling board in the world. It is a recognised board within the Indian central government's Ministry of Human Resource Development, and its certifications are recognised not just in India, but around the world, in any stream (science/commerce) and at any college (public/private). And to answer your question, yes, all graduate schools and universities in India accept NIOS dual enrollment or half admission students, including IITs, NITs, DU, JU, and IIITs.

IIIT Delhi accepts your jee main rank as well as a their own rank which is alloted to you according to your performance that you had shown in any national level exam or sports.

Admission in IIIT delhi b.tech and b.arch course takes place through jac delhi counselling. At 45000 jee main rank, it seems quite difficult for you to get into IIIT delhi. However ,of you had qualified any other competitive exam or Olympiad like KVPY then you can get into it by your calculated IIIT delhi rank.

There is no direct admission in any iit, nit or iiits. You have to take admission through engineering exam i.e. JEE only.

One can get a fess refund after admission to a college within a certain period fixed by the college or university.

I would suggest you to go to nsut. IIIts have very strict curriculum, you will be loaded with lots of assignments and projects. If we talk about nsut, you will have a great college life there and you can get a very good package as well. Best location for getting a job in it, since all companies visit nsut. Rest in all your decision.

Both of your ranks might be considered it depends on the choices you have filled if you are getting higher preference on basis of crl then that will be considered if you are getting the higher choice by ews rank then that will be considered the major role is you choice as the system will look to provide you with the highest choice possible no matter by which rank you get it that is by easy rank or crl rank

One can write jee mains and advance if he /she is fulfilling the eligibility criteria. So checkout the eligibility criteria first .Since currently you may he a student of any university so age criteria and number of attempts are most important points to note .

with 94.3percentile in jee mains and under obc category i am sorry to inform you that you wont be able to get a seat in any IIIT.

However these cutoff ranks are based on previous years trends.so lets hope the best to happen for us.

With a Percentile of 94.58 in JEE Main, I dont believe youll secure a seat at any IIIT and have extremely low to negligible chances, irrespective of being from the EWS Category.
