So mhtcet is an exam conducted in maharashtra for taking admission in various courses of colleges in maharashtra whether govt. or private but nit/iiit/gfti do not consider scores of any exam other than jee main for taking admissions in their courses so it doesn't really matter how much you score in mhtcet you should give jee main for getting admission in nit/iiit/gfti.
