The Library has large number of books journals. Sports Facility includes Cricket Stadium, Football Ground.provides various facilities including a library, open auditorium, gym, canteen, hostels, xerox services.
The academics are bit challenging but always rewarding. The faculty are very knowledgeable in their field. Most of the teachers are good but some lack experience. Being an autonomous institution, the college has right to develop its own curriculum.
The placement cell encourages every student for their carrier, they give good amount of training so that if we sit for an interview.tudents are offered packages ranging from 5-6 lakhs per annum. Notably, students with exceptional skills.
Yes it's has good environment for study. There is not so function or culture program but for study it's best and for btech it's best if you get sheet for btech then your life is set and not so college life type environment
This course I done from this college because is close to my home and not all college are providing this type of diploma I done my best in my data analytics post graduate diploma but from college there is no placement. But they tell on our Counciling that they have college placement. I prefer to do this pgdca when you have connection for jobs
For this course there is no placement from college. It's not like this college have no placement but for this post graduate diploma there is no placement and our course is complete in 9 months and this is 12 months course.
No. fee is 96 thousands for one year and no placement. If it is 2 year course than it's good for one year that is too much and we not get the knowledge of an 96 thousand course. I get in this course thinking that it has 50 thousands fee.
Good campus life. But not for bvoc. The bvoc is like an college that affiliated to ymca and in degree we not get bvoc name. They have different teacher then the teachers are in ymca and not that much experience teacher. If you give your 100% then you can do this course
I'm a student of JC BOSE University YMCA Faridabad. It has neither a big campus nor more infrastructure but enough facility and opportunities for your development. College has not sufficient hostel facility for all students. For boys Hostes are available in only 1st year.
Yeah academically it is good and can be chosen. I'm student of Electronics and Communication Engineering here. Professors are good and supportive but you should be curious. Classes are good and interactive.
Placement from computer engineering and information technology is good but of others are average. You can't expect much in the view of placement from this college. But the situation is changing. Many good companies like Amazon, Adobe, samsung visits here.
It is a state (Haryana) University. The complete course fee(tuition fees) for B.Tech is approx 3 lakh.
It's located in Faridabad, Haryana. Escort mujeshar metro station is just near it. College and hostel Life is not very good in comparison to others. But you'll find lots of club and societies here to explore yourself.
If you are not getting good NIT, IIT . You can prefer it.
The infrastructure of university is average. As the canteen is very unhygienic and drinking water services is very bad. Also the university provides no wi-fi. But classrooms are good and they uses smart boards.
University provides a wide platform to outcase your talent. I choose bsc Maths honors according to my interest and studies. Teachers are exceptionally helpful. I personally feel like this line can provide me wide options in future.
Placement is quite well as many designated MNC's provide a great package. But this is only for engineering students. And rest I can't share because I'm in 1st year right now. But looking forward for new things can change your mindset.
I feel like the cost of my course is a bit high after seeing the infrastructure. It almost cost around 53,000 rupees for 1st year in bsc Maths, which is quite expensive. But anyhow I'll work hard for my future.
Campus life is extraordinary and amazing you will feel like you are actually getting a small family. People out there are amazing. Also, you can engage into any activity or club according to your interest.
Just wanted to add a point that the crowd is a little bit high. As English spoken are very few, you will find people speaking only in hindi. But anyways the overall gradings are good.
The university have all the necessary facilities. There is proper classroom with good sittings and teachers are also well qualified. Also the hostels have all necessary things. Food is also of very good quality almost taste like home cooked food.
I am in b.tech , computer engineering. The teachers are well qualified and curriculum is also According to the current needs of big tech companies. But in college everyone has to prepare for placement by themselves. You have to do your own preparation .
Almost 80-90% people get placed. And the highest package here is from Amazon (28LPA). And average salary is also 5LPA. I haven't encounter yet the whole placement process so I can't tell how this will goes .
Course cost around 80k per year and with hostel it will cost around 1.2 lakh.
Campus Life is also good. There are many clubs in which student can take part according to their interest.
Yes, the college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Our campus is wi-Fi enabled but there is an issue with the speed. There is a well- equipped library with the latest magazine and daily papers(The Hindu, The Economic times etc.) Being a government college our classroom are very good and well ventilated.
Yes, the curriculum is updated and teachers are highly professional. The college will provide you good morals and values. In each semester we were given something new for learning to make us job ready.
Best in terms of placements. As in 2019, more than 12 students from CS and IT got placed in Amazon with a record package of 28.5 lac p.a. and more than 30 students got placed in Samsung electronics with package of 12 lac p.a.
Yes, the college is best in terms of value for money
Located on the highway NH-2. Market is just at walking distance and Delhi is just 45-60 minutes away .So, thumbs up
Has really good infrastructure have complete sapcing , wifi facilities, smart class etc also provide clean and hygienic environment........................................................................mm
Teaching is very good in comparison of teaching with its fees I think bar of teaching is above than fees..................... . ...............................................................,............
I my opinion not all students get placed but the 80 percentage of the students get placed and their average salary is arround 360000 per annum ................m................... ......................
Fees for different courses are different but on an average it is around 75000 per annum . And I think money is worth as all the required thing are well provided
Campus Life is good , proper discipline must need to be maintained . College is save for girl and if anyone have any issue related to raging then he or she can easily complain against it as 10000 rs is fine for the fault one
No everything is already mentioned
yes all the necessary arrangements are there but like all other colleges the food is pathetic and the hostel building might collapse at any hour. Do not expect a cultural extraganza here this is not IIT
Most of the teachers here are highly qualified but like all highly qualified sarkari teachers they lack the will to impart knowledge and hence we are left on our own which also makes us self reliant to a certain extent
CE and Mechanical have high placements which run in great numbers but after the pandemic the trends will die for a few years and after that we shall know how things are going to be so it depends on a lot of variables
cheap
dull
no
College has all necessary infrastructure but as it is a government college, so it takes little bit time to match with the infrastructure as that of a private university. Also as like other government officers, corruption is everypresent.
It's up to you how you shape your career as teachers here are of government and don't much bother. They just don't much care, if you mess with teachers, than you will definately fail or will score very poor grades.
Ab iska m kya hi btau......saari jgh engineering ka yhi haal h.....baaki agr teachers se bnake rkhoge.....aur padhoge Khub.....to placement pkka h.....ya firr agr tum extracurricular activities me bhuut ache ho
Fees is comparatively very low. The best part of college is this i.e value for money. The fees is just very low as compared to other private colleges. My whole degree cost me around 3,50,000 excluding hostel charges. Although they are also very cheap
Again it's up to you. Agr teachers ki haa me haa milaoge....to ache grades aayenge.....saara kaam kroge....saara din padhoge.....tb enjoy nhi krr paoge....tum prr depend krta h k padai k saath extra curricular activities kaise manage krte ho
Baaki to m b placement k baad btaunga kaisa h college
Talking about faculties first, my college have an experienced faculty with the PhD. Infrastructure is quite good and we have all the necessary equipments. But to be very honest my college doesn't provide you with all the luxury facilities and the equipments in the labs needs to be changed as they are getting rust and doesn't work properly anymore. Food available is good but can be of more good quality.
I am doing BTech because I feel there is high scope in engineering.since teachers are highly professional are curriculums are always updated and quality of teaching is quite good. But there is a high need of modification in subject course as it is repeated every year and students got a boon copy paste it without even getting the proper knowledge about the topic.
The best thing YMCA provides you with is placement. The placements are really nice and most of the students got placed in good companies as per the last year record. Talking about this year, with the quality of education ; they are providing I believe everyone of us would be getting a good package- job in nice companies.
My course btech cost me ₹45000 a year and i am very satisfied with the services. They provide you many opportunities for your self improvement and the environment is very positive and friendly. So yes, i am getting my money's worth.
It is so beautiful campus spread in huge area. Youcan engage yourself with many activities like in sports, culture or literature. The walls are beautifully painted and students are friendly. College is in Faridabad and is completely safe.
Everything is good here except the hostels as they needs to be painted. Also, the washroom of hostels don't stay neat and clean. The mess food can provide you some eggs or non veg options too. Else, i am satisfied with everything else.
Hello,
Yes, you can get admission through lateral entry into B.Tech (2nd year). The eligibility standards provide the special provisions for the candidates who finished B.Voc candidates in the same or allied sectors as per the university and admission guidelines.
Usually, the admission process is conducted through the Haryana State
Hello aspirant,
Finally, the YMCA University cutoff for applicants to the BTech and Integrated BTech programs for 2025 is available. The opening and closing ranks for the various AI and HS quota categories in the JoSAA Round 1 seat allocation result 2025 have been made public.
To know the cutoff,
With a CRL rank of 152,999 and an OBC rank of 50,380, YMCA Faridabad’s B.Tech (Computer Engineering) may be a stretch. In 2024, the college’s OBC Home State cutoff closing rank ranged roughly 46,386 for this branch . This places your rank close to the upper limit, meaning admission is
