College infrastructure is quite good. Every department has its own separate building. Separate hostels are also available for boys and girls with nearly all amenities ie . Geyser, induction, toaster for every wing separately. Attractive zone allocation for sports and other extra curricular activities. Library is also quite rich in terms of availability of almost all kind of book over there.
Every department has good faculty but talking about mechanical engineering especially, faculty is not only talented (as many of them are from reputed government colleges among India ) but also supportive in every way, which leads in overall development of students.
Placement record of the college is commendable. Every year, number of companies (MNCs mostly) visit our campus and hire a huge number of students with attractive packages and reputed job profile. Some of the companies visited last year are Maruti Suzuki, Johnson controls Hitachi air conditioning India ltd. , Panasonic, Ashok layland etc.
As all the facilities provided by the college is up to the mark and the expenses are not so high. Yes, paying this very amount for these facilities is worth. (All the books throughout the course are also provided by college to each and every student)
Campus life is just awesome. Along with an eco- cafeteria and separate canteen is available inside the campus. Infact , outside the campus , there are a number of food outlets. In terms of connectivity , college is present on highway NH-6 , metro station is almost 500 m , nearby railway station is around 1 km away.
Overall this college is worth paying for .
Infrastructure is not good. College is under 20 acre so you may imagine this .If you are thinking that you will get 200 acre type question then definitely you will be upset with this thinking of its size.
Academic is very good. Teachers will be taking the class on time. You will definitely find qualified professors. You will definitely learn a lot by entering in this college if you are really interested in learning.
Placement is best for CE IT ,ECE and moderate for mechanical and EIC but if you labour hard then definitely you will be placed in best company as you can see a lot of companies visiting for the campus placement.
Fee is approximately about 30k per semester so you can imagine how good it is as you will get your degree and placement at negligible cost.you will never regret after joining this College. Score better rank in jee and enjoy college life.
Campus life is best . You will see a lot of workshop organized by College department and by different professionals. Auditorium is always busy in organizing various events. Vice chancellor is really supportive and always ready to help you.
Overall it is best College at an affordable cost
The infrastructure of the college is bit old but now it is getting renovated and new buildings are coming into existence. The classes are large and they have all the necessities like smartboards, projectors. The laboratories are also clean and hygienic with all the modern equipment. Overall the experience is good.
The teaching faculty is one of the best faculty I have ever witnessed. They are all helpful and have deep knowledge in their subjects. Almost all of them are PhD and have a vast knowledge about their subjects. We also get the books from the college only through the book bank in college which is due to the green initiative and I consider this as the best initiative a university can take as I have hardly listen about this initiative in other universities which show that this college is very modern
Here the placement is also good. I think in my knowledge the highest placement from this college was given by amazon which provided the package of 29 lacks pa. The average package of this college is also very good and is setting benchmarks every year.
The fees for btech is around 80k for an year which is very less as compared to the other universities but I think that as it is a fully owned state university according to this the fees is bit high. But overall it has one of the most reasonable fees among other universities.
Campus life is also good as it is in delhi-ncr region and has a metro station just 10-15 metres away from the main university gate due to which we can commute to any place whether it is delhi, gurgaon or any other city of ncr. It is also near to the ballabgarh bus stand which makes it easy for most of us to take the bus for any of the city. The ground is also big with many sports activities going on every time. The support staff is also very helpful. Overall it is the best university in haryana.
I would totally recommend this university as it is one of the best university of India and arguably the best in haryana.
Infrastructure is old as university is since1960s but still alot of construction is going on in college so in coming years it is going to be great.. classes are good but hostel are just the worst place to live
Academics is above average it basically depends on sgudent how he study but here teachers too pain to pass n teach you you might not enjoy all that staff is qualified if you want to crack gate then colg is near delhi so great benefit
If you are good u will surely be placed for cs and it its about 90% that you will be placed 50% for ece ,ecs ,eic worst for electrical and mechanical so overall if you are average n good at studies you are going to get a great job So go for it if you get this college
Yeepp its very cheap
Campus life is average not that good
It is situated in faridabad Haryana so Haryana ka crowd very much and wifi speed is average. Lavs and workshop are available but equipment are not properly available or working. And campus is very small and green.
At college you know that you have to study your self but still some teachers are there who teaches properly. That's why I can say some are good but some are not good but to be honest I want to say electrical teachers are very bad
Placement in YMCA faridabad is decent because you understood that those people also are good in coding gets a good placement at last so you have to start coding initially. Amazon offers 27 lakhs and average pkg. Is around 4laks
Fee is low as compared to another colleges because it is a state university faridabad and funding is done by state government. But as far as placement it is value for money I think so don't worry. Education loan options is also available for poor students
Short and green and a very beautiful place which is ragging free and very helpful seniors. But problem 8s that the hostels are available for only 1st year students that's why it is bad. But hostel life is very chill
Great experience and maintain grades are very easy except electrical
Though the college has basic necessities fulfilled but it's infrastructure is bad and also extreme congestion of every course.hostels are average but quality of food at mess is good.reading room is provided in hostels and wifi connectivity is also provided
I am in ece department .quality of teaching is desent as you expect in a govt. University.though the curriculum is quite theoretical but practical application is also an important part of it including workshops labs industrial visits.
Placements is the best point of this college. Cs and it stream grabs highest packages followed by ece.highest package was of 29 lakhs where 13 students were placed.also placements for mechanical department is very good
Cost per year is 70000 .which is quite desent as compared to private colleges which demands hefty amount
College life is quite good.you will have ample free time in which you can explore different things and also enumerous clubs be it technical or cultural make your college life quite interesting.
No
College does not have all the necessary infrastructure and the facilities are average in the college. Classroom are not sufficient for all the branches. Library is good and it contains about 1 lakh books. Wifi is average working.
I am studying in electronics and communication engineering branch b. Tech. The quality of teaching is average. Self study is the first step to learn anything in the college. I feel that i study as like now this type i gey job easily.
Placements are good in my college. There are many companies comes in the college for placement . The highest salary is about 28 lakhs. 70 percent of students get placed in the companies. The average package is about 5 lakhs.
In my college the fees is less than the other colleges. My college fees is about 1 lakhs per annum. I feel that this college is good for value for money. I feel that we are getting a lot of knowledge about my course in normal fees.
Campus life is good in the college. Many students goes to the iit's for playing games like kabaddi, basketball, dance, natak, etc. I feel that this is good opportunity for the students to see the level with the other students.
Over rating is good for my college. The main thing which is less in the college is area. My college is only built in 18 acers. I feel that this is an major problem. Otherwise in all conditions our college is good.
college has adequate infrastructure and keeps up with the trending Technological advances, labs are functional and can be used for research purposes if one wants to. classrooms are equipped with projectors and LCD's, library has a online catalogue for students with online as well as offline journals and papers. sport centre covers almost all the sports with a dedicated sports instructor. student accommodation has Wi-Fi, mess and guest house. overall campus gets cleaned everyday.
i've completed my BTech in Electrical Engineering here. Professors , faculty (labs and workshops) has helped me with my minor/major projects. curriculum keeps on updating every 2 years or so to accommodate teaching methodologies and subjects. labs and workshops are recently revamped with new machinery and testing boards as per industrial standards
placements are quite competitive you have to have skills with academic knowledge to bag a job from campus placements. companies keeps visiting the campus for placements, students have ample chances to get placed in one. average salary offered stays above 3 LPA. placement process as per the no. of the students applied in the particular company. college has placement cell dedicated to organise sessions as per student needs
my course cost me about 60k per year for academic fees . At the end of eighth semester i was confident enough to bag a job outside the campus as well, so yes its worth it.
if you wish to get an admission , do join one cultural and one technical Club there. campus life is greatly affected by what you do when you're lecture is either cancelled or vacant. people here are quite supportive and peaceful environment all along. for emergencies campus has a dispensary and an ambulance 24X7. also there is a PCR available for preventing any outside disturbances.
Yes, do ensure that you visit the campus before submitting the fees and everything.
Infrastructure was not so good but it is good now...it is been constructed really nice in vertically. The new indoor stadium which is shakuntalam is created for students who need to practice the indoor games
Teachers are very good they are supportive they give extra lectures to complete the syllabus and also takes doubt classes. There is a wide range of book available in our campous and lots of students are eagerly awaiting..
Placement offers are really very good for computer science and mechanical engineering but this time it is probably that more companies will approach and internships will be given to every student Some students have their dream college too
College is having all the labs which are required by the different courses, labs are well equiped. Many classrooms have smart class equipment newly installed, before that classes were having projectors with normal white board. Hostel rooms and canteen are cleaned daily.
Im studying computer science because I love computers and programing. Teaching is fairly good. Teachers are helpfull. The current curriculum I would say not upto industry standard but yeah covers base of computer science.
Computer science and IT placement are very good in our college. Almost all students get placed however packages are upto ones skills and marks. Highest package is given by Amazon i.e. 27 LPA that went to computer science. Average salary is around 5 LPA. College is supportive in placement. A seperate cell is made for it called Training and Placement Office.
