Lady Shriram College for Women, New Delhi Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) offers admissions in accordance with the marks obtained in class 12th examination or its equivalent from a recognised board for the UG level except for B.El.Ed. course for which an entrance exam is conducted by the Central Institute of Education (CIE), University of Delhi. Lady Shri Ram College admission into the UG programmes is based on the cut off which is calculated by taking the best of four marks obtained by a candidate in 10+2  board examinations. 

Lady Shri Ram College PG admissions are offered through two ways- half of the seats are given to candidates on the basis of merit and the other half is given to candidates who have qualified in an entrance examination conducted by DU known as DUET. Candidates who have completed their undergraduate courses at the University of Delhi in any stream are assigned seats based on the results of their graduation and the ones who have completed undergraduate programmes in any discipline from a UGC recognised university are eligible for seats based on entrance exam (DUET). Lady Shri Ram College UG Admission Process

• Lady Shri Ram College candidates have to submit the application form on the official website of the Delhi University. 

• Lady Shri Ram College cut off based on merit of 10+2 exam is released for each and every course.

Admission to the Bachelor of Elementary Education Programme is through an Entrance Examination which is to be conducted by the Central Institute of Education (CIE), University of Delhi.

• Merit List is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination.

Lady Shri Ram College PG Admission

Lady Shri Ram College PG admission is offered on ten courses from Arts stream. Lady Shri Ram College PG admission occurs via two channels- half of the seats are based on merit and the other half through an entrance exam, known as DUET (50% seats). Merit based seats are offered only to those candidates who have completed their graduations in any stream from the University of Delhi. Entrance exam (DUET) seats are offered to those candidates who have completed their graduation from any UGC recognised university in any discipline.

Through Merit of The Previous Qualifying Examination

• Candidates have to apply online on the Delhi University’s official website.

• Cut off list is released by the Delhi University based on the marks obtained in graduation.

• Candidates who have qualified the cut off need to visit the institution directly for admission.

• Shortlisted candidates will only be offered admission after the verification of documents and admission fees payment.

Lady Shri Ram College Admission Through Entrance Exam (DUET)

• Candidates have to register themselves and appear for Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) which is  conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).

•  Merit lists will be prepared for individual courses based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the admission test.

• Shortlisted candidates will only be offered admission after the verification of documents and payment of the admission fees.
