Quality of teaching is neither good not bad it's average.I am studying in electrical department teaching quality is average in my branch. It's not compulsory that I study here then I also get job in college placement because it's all depends on our labour.
I want to become a civil engineer because of interest in this field. Quality of teaching is good. Yeah! Curriculum is updated according to the recent developments in this field. This study not makes me job ready as there is lack of experience.
I am studying B.Tech Civil engineering because I am interested in designing buildings. Curriculum is updated with lastest changes in Civil engineering but this study can't make me job ready due to lack of regular classes.
Hi aspirants
Since you didn't specify the college name. I will tell in common
Should be passed with 45% in 10+2 from a recognized institute or college. And with that, you should have 50% marks (40% in case of candidates of SC/ST category) in Mathematics + Physics + Chemistry/Biology. Grades of entrance exams like - IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT, SRMJEE etc.
In some of the college the admission process is based on JEE mains score and in some college they conducts there own entrance exam
