can i get IIIT naya raipur college through CG quota admission and my jee rank is 86000 ( OBC ) and in 12th is (72%) ?

I am sorry to say that it is hard to get a seat in IIIT Naya Raipur through CG quota as well with JEE rank 86000 in OBC category and 72% in 12th.
