Your question presents a very vague picture of what you want to know.Based on my understanding and ability I am going to answer it.
So is it a good college??
Yes,the infrastructure is good. The faculty is also top notch.Considering the location of the college and its proximity with several nearby institutes(IIT-Bhilai,NIT-Raipur,Hidayatullah National Law University,IIM Raipur,AIIMS Raipur)makes it an awesome place to be(if you want to truly learn something). The amount of exposure one gets and the opportunities in the growing state of Chhattisgarh are immense and the possibilities are endless.
So should one take admission in IIIT-NR?
This question presents a different problem altogether. Why would one join IIIT-NR? Either you are getting a branch of your choice in IIIT(which you are not getting anywhere else), you want to go for the brand name or for some other reason. Whatever the reason may be, it’s purely upon you to make a decision. Remember, it’s your future we are talking about here. The best judge to talk about that is you. Hence based on facts you should make a conscious decision.
