With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1-300. If you fall in general category then you have good chances of getting into NLU Jodhpur as their closing rank lies somewhere near 450. And if you have the state domicile then it's even better. Moreover you have a great score so you can definitely look out for other NLUs also.

But this year's paper was easier so the cutoff would go high, right?

It can not be said for certain yet that the cutoff will be high because as per the students responses very few have scored above 140
