Hello student ,
To get admission in any NIT a candidate should have passed class 12th with a minimum of 75% marks or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination (65% for SC/ST candidates). And after that should have qualified JEE MAIN . Further if you want to know about any course then do mention your course so that i can help you with full detail .

Dear Student,
You have not mentioned the program like B.Tech , M.Tech for which you are asking eligibility. So I am providing eligibility criteria for both the programs.
For B.Tech :
- The student must be 12th pass with PCM and he must have a valid JEE Mains score. Also he has done JOSAA counselling to get admission here .
For M.Tech :
- Candidates who have a B.Tech degree with 60% marks are eligible to pursue M.Tech at NITA. Also they must have a valid GATE score along with they have done CCMT counselling.

For btech in NIT agartala you need to appear for jee mains exam. It's an all India exam to join in engineering colleges in India. So, you need to give jee exam .

For jee exam the eligibility criteria is
- The student must have finished 12th board in the same year or two years before .
- Students can participate in the JEE Main for 3 consecutive years.
- Must have passed class 12 th with PCM subjects.
- There is no such age limit for this exam .
