First of all NEET is only considered for admission of courses such as MBBS/BDS/Ayush/Veterinary/BSc Nursing/BPharm/BPT to name a few, and JEE Mains is for admission of engineering/architecture/planning courses, none of these two national level exams are used for BCA admission,
When it comes to pursuing BCA then generally speaking the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board, the required aggregate vary depending upon the college, admission process may be done through entrance test such as IPU CET/ AIMA UGAT/ SUAT/GSAT/SRMCHAT to name a few, or in other cases admission may be based on the merit of the qualifying examination,

Most of the BCA colleges don't require Mathematics as one of the subject in 10+2. So for most of the colleges, you can apply and you can do the BCA course. For the entrance examination you don't have to do NEET or JEE MAINS but some institute organizes their own entrance, so you can get admission on this entrances.
