Hello student,
With a percentile of 90 I'm SC category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the Netaji subash institute of technology when comparing the results of previous years. You have not mentioned your home state. Last year, the closing ranks in SC category for non residents of Delhi was around 40,000 and for the candidates residing in Delhi, the closing ranks were around 1,00,000. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure.
Good luck
