For your kind information JAC Delhi is not an Institute. JAC Delhi is a Council that look towards JOSAA Counselling Procedure. In order to get eligible for counselling process one needs to score more than the minimum cuttoff marks set by JEE Mains authority. Those who score more than the cuttoff marks stated aas CLEAR and can take part in counselling. This cuttoff changes every year but on an average you should score more than 80 marks.
